CLASS 1: Boost your immune system - Yoga & Cooking class

In this session, we will be working on the Body with a tonic vinyasa flow followed by a nourishing cooking class with our chef Lauren. You will learn how to cook some breath, kimchi and finish with an amazing chocolat and CBD ganache. We will work on different ways yoga poses can help us sustain our immune system followed by a live cooking class with our chef Lauren. You can attend this class as part of our whole "HOY AT HOME" program, or get a single pass.
